Delete your Vorkeon account
You can delete your Vorkeon account and its data at any time, for free.
Fastest: in the app
- Open Vorkeon and sign in.
- Tap Business → Settings → Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Workers: tap Me → Delete my account.
No access to the app? Ask by email
Write from the email address on your account to hello@vorkeon.com. We check it is really you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email, password or Google/Apple link) and your profile.
- If you are the only owner of a business: the business and everything in it — customers, projects, quotes, invoices, photos, chat, time records and settings.
- Your notification tokens and saved preferences.
What may be kept
- If you leave a business that has other owners, the quotes and time records you made stay with that business (they belong to it), but your sign-in and personal details are removed.
- Records we must keep by law (for example payment records), only as long as the law requires.
- Backups disappear on their own schedule (up to 30 days).
